The features that it does have are amazing. The ability to talk, in just as good clarity as if you were on the phone, easily and for free is great I think. Sending voice mails to someone's inbox is aslo a great feature. Yeah, actual contact with a person is always better, but if that isn't possible, Google has made it extremely easy to connect in cyberspace. Another note, I just got an email from Alexandre (one of the creators of Wikipedia) and he let me know that they are about ready to release a very cool new feature that relates directly to your other post that I commented on. :) It is a bit hush-hush right now, but be on the look out for it (I will have a post on it at <a href="http://wikimapia.mattjonesblog.com" rel="nofollow">my Wikimapia blog</a>) when they release it.
